The automatic locking handle will click into place and will not open when pressure is built inside. Silicone Gasket found on the underside of the lid creates an airtight seal needed to build pressure. Safety Features

Made of high quality stainless steel, the DUO is available in 4 Sizes: 4.2 Quart (Serves 2), 6.3 Quart (Serves 4), 8.4 Quart (Serves 6), and 10 Quart (Serves 8). It has two pressure settings: HIGH (15 PSI) and LOW (10 PSI) and works on all stoves.
